Monthly Services

Services are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the current month's service once the work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied, we are committed to working with you through our unlimited revisions policy to ensure the content meets your expectations.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
